AYURVEDIC MEDICINE PRACTITIONER – YOGA TEACHER
It was a deep inner search that led me to Yoga and Meditation some twenty years ago, a time in my life when I was looking for answers, and where these practices opened an entirely new dimension. A point of no return, one might say, towards a life full of meaning.
My training as a Yoga teacher in 2014 marked the beginning of a journey to the heart of ancient wisdom. I then deepened my understanding of the body through Thai Yoga Massage in Thailand, before discovering Ayurvedic Medicine, a defining encounter. Where many current “healthy” trends had left me unsatisfied, Ayurveda brought clear and coherent answers to my questions about health and nutrition.
My Ayurvedic training, begun in India and furthered at the European Institute of Vedic Studies in Switzerland, allowed me to obtain the ASCA & RME accreditations, recognised by Swiss complementary health insurances.
Today it is with this experience, and a sincere belief in these practices, that I guide each person towards their own balance.
