These general terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the legal framework for how the site and services are made available by the site’s publisher, and define the conditions under which the “User” may access and use the services.

Any registration or use of the site implies unreserved and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms by the user. The website www.ayurvedayogagstaad.com provides Users with free access to informational content.

To receive the newsletter, the User must register by completing the form. This will take effect within a reasonable period.

In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.
